    Slogger.... it's hindsight now, it is over. The old CMM capability maturity model. Level 0. MNS is still there at CMM 0. They do not even know what they don't know. Best case. Extract themselves from the c4v and NY debacle. They are bleeding money. Why would anyone who knows the battery business bother with MNS and c4v? Get out of the failed dream and try to re-boot. (imo)
