if auditors not satisfied they could transfer under provision (at least as non-current liability). can understand it's way to big money to put under provision.. it could either be the case where FLC not showing all data to auditors or Auditors genuinely believe that final delivery from FLC pending and upon final delivery will get funds.

auditors can be trusted ? -- debatable

what FLC spent so far behind IC... as the COGS.. probably much of the human cost and not material cost.. that's why not much affected in working capital as much as.
