they sensed a downturn - haha - come on mate come up with something better than that - the stock rose 70% after they sold out. if my numbers are right they are still second largest shareholder by a long way. taking risk capital off the table and staying long with the balance isn't the dumbest thing to do.
if you're going to speculate at least read the notices, get the calculator out like I have and then come back with an amended hypothesis that makes some sense.
