Well i'm still suspicious that there is a large overhang out there somewhere and if they loose patience and decide to dump on market we could be headed lower regardless of yield, also if there is an anticipated correction coming yield becomes irrelevant as all ships will sink. Sometimes it just makes sense to sell and preservation of capital is important for many. There's obviously some in the market that think something is still playing out and are not prepared to risk the outcome.
