just my 2 cents,if/when cjv agreement signed imo only should easily return to $1.40 plus
bis suggested negiotations were well advanced.
ps div should support sp estimates but i do understand yr concerns.
but it almost seems the market is more concerned about the issues raised by bis rather than bisalloy .
