$30M includes around $8-$9M (cash and other investments like shares in EMT, BTW not sure of the exact value). Its not like they only have good tenements, they also have discovered gold with RXL and have a sizable Vanadium discovery.

Seems like no one really knows about them. Sentiment around this company is very low right now and lower gold and RXL price doesn't help. They are very tightly held. Hardly any volume on a daily basis so should the drills hit something exciting this will have to rerate quickly IMO.
