That is true but Neil has some on camera that a TO wouldn't be for at least 12 months which, and he said that at the end of last year. So that means they have definitely considered TO offers coming later this year or early next year
I think they are just looking for the right price, they know what this thing is worth and will be worth as things progress and they have more GAS. I think once the right price comes in then it will be accepted even if it has been 12 months
