Put your wallet away for now, these things are always a moving feast, but we will hold you to it when the time comes. That said, the chances of being awarded $400M are remote at best. I know that's unpopular, but that is the reality. Big class actions don't command that sort of figure, albeit the recent Wivenow Dam settlement was for about $400M plus, but that was huge and it involved widespread loss and destruction. From memory, the Ethicon case last year was about $120M.
