someone here mentioned a share ratio - so for say 10 ISX share held, you will receive 3 for the European arm of ISX, as well as keeping the quantity of shares for the Australian arm, meaning you still maintain the same % ownership of entire company.

the main idea of the share market it to assist with fund raising. the strategic planning around such things would be kept internally until the funding decision (how when, why) is made. I think ISX have to have a viable expansion area, this includes considering their current situation, their current name and reputation (ASX court case) before most business ideas/ opportunities I can think of could seem viable... there are a few areas/ functions that they can still progress with, they are not totally incapacitated.
