It wouldn't be the first time a trader has sold off 1-2m in stock only to have a day or 2 later a decent announcement released and miss out on tens of thousands $$
They follow the hot money that provides volume and liquidity so they can enter and exit relatively easy.
LCL has been languishing of late due to lab delays and this is what happens when volume dries up and they need to get out for whatever reason.
Gets knocked down a level or two.
Fingers crossed JS can drop a decent announcement this week to turn things around a bit.
