1. Did management indicate a plan to trigger the churn from annual bill shock to switch / change over to monthly plans?

This would in effect grow the annual renewal rate from 87% towards the stickier monthly product renewal rate now of 98%.

2. Did they identify an opportunity to launch 36, 60 & 120 month plans to continue the LTV growth?
