Can't help but think the constant references to need "cash" on both CUE's and NZO's half yearlies is an actual effort to keep the share price down so the parent company can take them out cheaply.
Other small gas explorers/producers don't go harping on about needing to raise cash at any opportunity, especially when you are reporting record revenues.
