Where does the other 4.5 cents per share value come from I wonder. Top 20 own nearly 50% of shares and the majority of these would be Director linked or are LDA/State Securities. A volume of ZERO today. A 4 week average of $380k or ~$19k per day shows very little interest from outside of those invested in keeping the price afloat.

I read in the report that instead of the initial $100k payment to LDA the company elected to issue 2m shares at 5 cents. Just more dilution and a bit puzzling for a company claiming to have $30m in available financing to issue more shares at these prices instead of paying cash
