they will definitely need another CR to fulfill their obligations with BRB in case of positive outcomes after Manna RC program.
Conversely thanks to this arrangement we do not need to raise cash for a while, GL1 will do it for us.
The other part from a valuation perspective, as Manna grows GL1 grows and with BRB share price not moving it means that the ounces in the ground are valued lesser and lesser.
