It is developing in a very interesting story.
MIN bought 10m shares at 13,5 c for GL1 for a 13,5M$
BRB has got 10M shares in GL1, we are now same amount of MIN and same voting power.
IF MIN wants to increase their % in GL1 for whatever reason, they can make us an offer for that 10M shares....at today's market they are worth 17M$.
ON top of this BRB also owns 20% of the Manna deposit. If we assume Manna is 40% of Gl1 market cap then 20% of Manna is 24M$.

In other words dear Mr. MIN you can can get the full lot with 31M$.

Okay then what happen?

BRB could cash in 31 M$ to get rid completely of the LIthium. Ops I forgot something, there is another 20M$ cash milestones so total 51M$...but hang a minute BRB has got 10M cash, 1,7M ounces of gold, 650sqm tenemnet and Ullaring....and Market cap is 78M$? at the current prices Enterpirse Value is 17M ?

So when you read or listen any podcast about investment essentially what you learn is that the key is to find market dysfunctionality, did we find finally one?

A resource that is 40% of the size does not equate to 40% of the market cap.
