To your point- I think it'd depend if you were running your own excavators, loaders, dozers and trucks as Peter Cooks other op does or whether you used a contractor fleet.
1 cat 793 (250 ton) as used at super pit is probably close to 5m each now and you'd want at least 4 or 5 of them imo and could get by on a couple of excators and loaders. Could get away with smaller trucks though early on as pit would be shallow/short hall distance 785 (140T) like Evo use at Mungari.
Then you'd have the plant/mill and processing facilities.
