why is it so hard to believe that the epa said "reckon this will go on the feb agenda".... then it didnt so they just rolled it over to march, common practice as the EPA only has to comply with legislated timelines.... they are good right up until the final minute so why rush the non urgent.. they dont have to tell vrx jack.. other than to say "it is being "put before the board at the next opportunity".
no disrepect to carna, but him chatting with some lady at the epa giving out possibly price sensitive timings is a big leap. while i certainly enjoyed indulging the fantasy nothing means anything until vrx announces it or the epa publishes.
