I guarantee you this is standard public service goodness.... it went into a queue to get on the agenda. along with a property development, a dog park and a home based saloon application which were also in the stack. they spent 2 hours discussing the new apartments they were all getting kick backs for, the dog park got approved and the hair saloon and ASN were delayed for an out of session with the chair...... then the chair took some leave, ate a bad taco or whatever and pushed it a few days. He's a busy dude so it just kept slipping until we were a few weeks out from the next meeting so he just popped it back into the queue.
