    Every official report (half and full year) have subsequent events disclosed. The Board MUST report on anything material that has arisen post the production of the report. Also, if the report discusses a material item that has a deadline and that deadline has not been met, for whatever reason, then it HAS to be disclosed.

    You will also notice, if you actually read the report, that a number of things were discussed relating to Jan and Feb. Oh yeah, that's after Dec 31, I think!

    So maybe before you have a go at someone, get your facts right.
