ive personally done the full tour on vrx. at varying points I've bought up tons, traded, sold down to nothing and then started filling my pockets again. anything under 18c I'm pretty happy with and this time around its a proper long term hold (beyond 12 months from about 2 weeks ago)...

in my world i thought this was pretty solid value play sub 150m mc... but i also have this down to a 50/50 bet. I've gone big as even if the permits take a decade ...BANG!!! ~500mc.....

all shit out of my control that is either creating the best buying opportunity ever or is drawing out a slow death.... all frustration has merit and is warranted in most cases... but its just noise. aslong as those permits come in, we'd still make a fortune selling it to landscape supplies stores (i checked).
