And I guess you don't understand economics comes into effect before any supply/demand is considered especially by company's such as CATL and others.
They will utilise what's required to get them to a level whereby the economics are in their favour at this time the increasing the costs of minerals such as nickel and cobalt have them not only looking at changing the chemistry makeup but also making battery technology viable and safer, by eliminating Nickel and Cobalt they achieve exactly that.
And I guess you don't understand economics comes into effect...
