but taking a step back - why bring in an explorer and make him ceo? and then make him responsible for the portion of the business that will be hived off?
the answer, in my opinion, lies in why Healy is the CEO and not Turner.
to me it'd make more sense, if the plan was to keep alpha, to bring turner in and make him CEO of GRV, and then let Healy retain exploration manager title, taking responsibility for Georgina with a view to making him CEO of the spin off as/when a discovery is made.
but they didn't do it like that.
