My question is, why is this optimisation taking so long and when can we expect it to be completed? We were told last year that the downtime was being used to fix all this. I really want to stay optimistic but credibility is low. For what it's worth, the tone feels more genuine in this announcement, perhaps this is the new PR firm's work.
