why not "nothing is happening and there is no new news".
the FACTS are we have no news.
we hope management is doing something.
we know flew to US
we know some court cases are bogged down.
we know we have a thumb out hoping for a passing rig.
we know there are (were ) no current offers.

we are just blindly hoping something is.
