Cape Lambert was the previous name of Cyclone Metals and on Jan. 24, 2020, they were on the verge of bankruptcy, as they are now. At that time they pledged their shares of European Lithium for a loan. I am not aware of any news that this pledge has been reversed.
Therefore, Cylone Metals will now have pledged shares of CUFE as collateral for the current loan from European Lithium.
All 3 companies are owned by Tony, who pledges the companies to each other and hardly any shareholder can see through it.
