Some horrible reviews for Dixon Homes but i guess this is typical for the residential building industry. Overall rating is 3 stars on product review.

TWD is an excellent business with a sub bar service? I am struggling to reconcile the bad service but yet excellent investable business part. Any comments?

.... I think its clear that there are some big big tail winds around the corner. So do most people play this as a trade?



Also Lev owns 20mil shares. So that's 57% of the TWD. so its pretty much a private company. Any comments on this? Seems there is reluctance of reinvesting cash flow to business growth? Is Lev pretty happy to just sit on multi million dollar dividends each year without stressing on business growth?
