Also Lev owns 20mil shares. So that's 57% of the TWD. so its pretty much a private company. Any comments on this? Seems there is reluctance of reinvesting cash flow to business growth? Is Lev pretty happy to just sit on multi million dollar dividends each year without stressing on business growth?

Thanks for bring this to my attention!!! A very nice piece of 'scuttlebutt'.

However,
To be fair, it appears the Dixon's home strategy is lower cost. That's their strategic model.
2nd: its not just Dixon home, many people complaining now for other builders as well because of the problem with fix cost pricing.

From my point:
a) TWD has no debt
b) Go through their last 10yr financials. See the profit and dividends.

So this is a calculated small position punt for me.
