I would like to present more information, but I am unable at this point.
My strong recommendation is for those interested to do their own scuttlebutt, but look at the 10 years prior to coronavirus, ie 10 years before 2020.

This is my turn around speculation stock.

If I am right, I will be sitting on 10-15% fully franked dividend yields in the next few years.

Supply of their products (ie houses) in demand with industry supply shortages.
Hence my interest. But will need to trade through a difficult FY23 and maybe even FY24.
My focus is on FY25.

If I am correct, no way share price will trade here, + I get massive fully franked dividend yield (by FY25).
We have a major controlling share holder who will do everything to protect his company, no no ownership CEO grafting!!!

Worth a calculated speculative punt from me.
We know there is a chronic shortage of houses that need to be build. This is my angle to profit on it.
