It definitely smelt of conflicting interest ( partic that of Lev) but it was not to a point where it was damaging to TWD and I believe there were some synergies albeit very slight. My point at the time was that it was very protective of Lev's interest but not to the disadvantage to any degree of TWD shareholders. Anyway no real affects have occurred and the deal was seen to be legal.
