Interesting. Astivita was de-merged from TWD in 2009. So it was already part of TWD back in the day but somehow not mentioned or reported on prior to the de-merger (from a quick perusal of annual reports prior) except very vaguely in the 2008 report. No reason is given for the de-merger either. Any comments from anyone? @spider5
One would naturally assume the Astivita business is stronger now and its a good acquisition. But i am skeptical.
