Well I suppose you can say that they kept their head above water and there was plenty of that within their operating area. The Qld housing market is down 59% and they are down more than that but I guess you cannot compare them against the whole of the state market fairly. Investors will not like these figures as it is possible to extrapolate that the scenario will play out a little longer while the RBA keeps their hand on the plunger. The best about this company is their low priced housing compared to peers and their tight fist on costs. These factors should play into their hands in the long run. I will wait and see. Been here since the GFC so this is just a small glitch.
