End of the day, I dont think this is as much of a construction/building firm as much as it is a bit of a franchise that allows set builders to carry their name/goodwill forward onto their building contracts and likely holds them to a standard.
It seems like Australia's construction sector is following somewhat similiar to China, so the road to recovery may be quite long.
