Sorry - been out of range in Tas since Easter started. I cannot say I am aware that they act much like a franchise. If they do they have milked it well in the past. IMO we are in unchartered waters in the construction industry. With residential firms going broke or suffering downturns when all of the State Govts are saying we have a housing shortage. Personally I think that once the labour shortage and materials logistics are sorted there will be a period of prosperity for those builders who survive the fixed price contract debacle. I was a holder of TWD during the GFC and watched as Lev Mizkovsky used his considerable personal wealth to guide the company through that period. I know this is a different problem entirely but I do not see Lev standing by and not doing his utmost to keep things on an even keel to protect both the company, its reputation and his value in the massive shareholding he has. They appear to be in a better position than most.
