Look at their level of debt, cashflow, revenue, profit, ongoing business, etc.
My personal opinion is that this company has very low risk of collapse like those 300+ others.
it could looks a bit overpriced base on current P/E, but I am buying in their explanation about wet weather, increased costs and shortage of labour. (I work in other industry that can feel the changes in these factors).
They made an expansion, inccured some debt and some goodwill, but not to a worrying level. They do have at least one new growth area which is the insurance related part.
As long as it survive the low tide and not swiming naked, their probability of swiming high is very high when the high tides come.
Feel free to chalenge if anyone has different opinion.
