I'm sure TWD will survive. Very cost conscious...their annual reports are printed black and white on A3 paper, stapled together and not a photo in sight.
Apart from Mizikovski's huge holding, my problem is that TWD is not really a growth company. They like to pay out their profit in dividends as far as possible. So valuation is more along the lines of a high yielding bond.
The shares have historically been fairly priced, and the increase in stock pricing over the last decade (before the industry's recent problems) perhaps reflect the movement in the 10 year bond rate as much as anything else. I've only just woken up to this fact, but sub-$2 would look interesting.
