LPD has confirmed that full phase 1 project funding will be provided through Development Finance Institutions, commercial lenders, export credit agencies, and strategic equity options.
Despite forecasts by some speculators, missing from the funding list is a capital raise from existing investors. The speculators may be correct, but their messaging seems more based on dogma than analysis of facts and evidence.
