    at 40 million value with other miners spending over 40 million to farm in and gas prices increasing our sales of gas gross over 40 million is this a non brainer
    current offers to buy our assets over 150 million at fire sale, so 40 mullion market cap is a great buy
    dont forget one recommendation is a dividend .5 a share
