Yes, that's how I read it. How long is a piece of string.It iis getting frustrating waiting for the SS. The longer it goes on its asking a lot of investors to have faith in what they are doing.The delay period can go on and on. And if we do get good news it will be absorbed by external factors.Having blindblind faith without question may cost me money. My call I guess.
