The sky shouldn’t fall in if the DFS isn’t released end of March, but JP has mentioned it quite a few times just recently that it would be, so it won’t go down well if it isn’t. Good management shouldn’t be announcing a date this close and getting it wrong, and blowing it out by weeks or months. A few days maybe yes.
I doubt that redefining the completion date and release date nuances would wash either.
He has been pretty clear - End Q1.
