Timing is everything.
Proof read as much as they like for as long as they like IMO.
It's better to release into a change of sector sentiment and distinct change in chem pricing, moving from what can only be described as a freefall in spot pricing.
We are not in that environment currently, though restocking is likely going to have to take place soon.
Early April could well be the optimum time.
