Did kori forget to mention that Zuleika, which sued for $21 million in damages, won it's case and is awaiting Justice Smith's decision on damages?
While CYL fans are waiting to see how much of that $21 million is awarded, keep in mind that Justice Smith awarded Zuleika 100% of court costs, and allowed court costs above the usual limits.
So in addition to CYL's $18 million in current liabilities (see CYL announcement at head of this thread), there's $9.05 million owed to Collins St, the $5 million loan from Hunter Guo that was a requirement of the Vango merger, whatever of the $21 million that Justice Smith awards, plus whatever other debt Vango has accrued.
