G'day IT, must say I love your work as you always provide a deeper IT analysis than most.
Can I just query a couple of things you highlighted?
TNE say they gained 25 new large customers in the period - do you consider this not significant?
TNE claim they have a 99% customer retention rate as measured by ARR - I think this is a pretty good number?
I agree that the TNE SP is pretty high and the P/E Ratio is predicated on TNE growing EPS at least at the same rate for quite some time.
How integral was Peter Suchting to the Local Government Business? Was it a planned departure/retirement or was he poached.
Adrian De Marco was a visionary business person and a hero of truly independent directors. He fought running battles with the proxy advisors but eventually he won and his personal wealth from TNE ( a company he started) proves that.
