Not a bad dividend payout overall. Management seems to expect the price to stabilise from here. I personally think the mine purchase plan has been kicked down the road. Alternatively, the dividend is a boost to the major shareholder, which operates mostly in China and facing more tricky economic situation. One thing to point out is the mix of sales volume to regions, China is now 24% just a tad shy from the 25% mark, this comes from 0% 6 months ago.
