I can't imagine another cap raise at these levels will have anyone reaching for their wallets without a clearly articulated revised strategy for the company.
How long as PG been on board now? Not much to show of it apart from a few throw away announcements.
Nothing is being executed here, despite attempts to make it look like the company is doing something.
Remove some people from the board, for instance and cut costs.
