With hindsight it's easy to say that selling and re-buying at a lower price was the right choice, but part of the reason why most long term holders didn't is the same reason they didn't sell at .80c.
Keep in mind the main reason for the initial drop from .80 down to the .50s was the spot price. It wasn't exclusive to AGY, as the lithium sector had a major sell off. We can see this if we match the spot chart with AGYs. This meant that long term holders still remained content on holding, confident that the 3 major catalysts would be announced shortly and they didn't want to miss the train. Bouncing around like Rob is doing can be highly beneficial, but it also overcomplicates things and can just as easily backfire. That being said, there is probably less chance of missing the train now that the SP has been beaten down to such a low base, but again that is hindsight.
