Completely and utterly deceptive, imo.
Already mentioned before, but one of two reasons were the ASX required them to disclose the issues they were having, as that could be material. Or, that wasn't the case, July was a failure in terms of production (which we all now know is the case), and JZ wanted to hide it by making the excuse as per your email.
We'll see in October whether the updates happen to continue or not. This will shed some light behind their antics.
