No end in site in the decline in beer consumption. Which has been dripping down for a few years.
This is the biggest concern for me - as I think the potential buyers (mulitnationals) don't need to mopping up the competition. The little guys are going bankrupt by themselves, and there is no need for them to buy capacity.
P/E had a go at craft brewing a few years back (Tribe). Which did not end well.

Stock looks very cheap - but is also full of debt, and huge capital requirements... so I still cant get excited by the valuations.
