Probably because people like you haven’t been buying it, hardly anyone knows about GLB & it trades by appointment so that doesn’t leave many buyers, any reasonable holding being sold is enough to tank the price but thats the opportunity I guess
I don’t like potentially getting stuck in an illiquid stock but I’ve gone overweight on this one in the last week or so
