Ok this was what I was looking for, for a while.



"the Placement will be issued utilising FBR’s existing capacity under Listing Rule 7.1 and will rankpari passu with existing ordinary shares from the date of issue. Allotment of the New Shares underthe Placement is expected to occur on Monday, 29 January 2024 with trading of the New Sharescommencing on the ASX on the same date.The Placement received strong interest and support from Australian and international investorsincluding FBR’s largest shareholders such as Brickworks Limited , M&G and FIL"

I'm guessing we are missing a few significant notices from these shareholders. Would be interesting to see if they maintained, or increased their holding etc.
