This time there are no charts, no surprises, noclarification re: progress of project developments, let alone Landbank loan negotiations.The very same comments that were made in half yearly to December 2022 werecopied into this half yearly. Any shareholders who have no seat on the Board(with the exception of Chandler) have really no idea what is going on as directorsalso do not return my frequent phone calls. Perhaps someone on hc forum knowswhat is going on in Eromanga, Gilmore, Sengkang PSC, Sengkang lng project andPhilippines project.
There is, however, one, perhaps significant change inlanguage in this half yearly and it refers to EWI financial support for EWC. Upuntil now EWC half yealy and ARs have always stated that “a letter of financial support hasbeen received from EWI and the managing director of the Company”. In the half yearlyto December 2023 this reference has been changed to read “the directors havereceived a commitment from EWi which states that it is willing and capable ofproviding additional funding to allow the Group to continue as a going concernshould alternative sources of funding not materialize in a timely manner”.
